About Us

Mt. Top Kids offers a full scale Preschool Program as well as quality child care for children ages birth to thirteen years old. Founded in 1979, we are the oldest child care facility on the mountain. Mt. Top Kids is a voluntary participant in the Keystone STARS quality initiative. We currently hold a STAR 2 status. Mt. Top Kids continues quality improvement through Keystone STARS.

“Keystone STARS rated as a STAR 3 program recognized for providing quality early learning experiences to help your child shine.”

Two locations

To best assist Mt Top Kids families in our school-age program, before school care and after school care, we now have two locations defined by Rice Elementary School and Fairview Elementary School locations. Fairview Elementary School families attend Mt Top Kids at our Kirby Estates location and Rice Elementary School students attend Mt Top Kids at our Grouse Hill location. The Crestwood School district transportation services picks up and drops of the students at these locations.
