Mt. Top Kids offers a full scale Preschool Program as well as quality child care for children ages birth to thirteen years old. Founded in 1979, we are the oldest child care facility on the mountain.
Mt. Top Kids is a voluntary participant in the Keystone STARS quality initiative. We currently hold a STAR 2 status. Mt. Top Kids continues quality improvement through Keystone STARS.
ALL staff are trained in Pediatriac First Aid, CPR, Water Safety, Fire Safety, Dealing with Challenging Behaviors, Developmentally Appropriate Behavior and Environmental Rating Scales pertinent to the group they are currently working with.
To provide a safe, loving, stimulating environment for children ages 6 weeks through 13 years old with flexible scheduling and affordable tuition.
Each Child is unique and as such should be treated as an individual recognizing his/her special gifting whether it be cognitive, social, sports, or the arts. Children are encouraged to develop their skills in a comfortable atmosphere where they feel accepted for who they are.
Health Policy is formed in conjunction with the ECELS HEALTH PROJECT and the American Academy of Pediatricians.
The staff are encouraged to provide a warm, loving environment.

Infants are our specialty. The primary concerns of the Mt. Top Kids Nursery staff, adhered to as part of a quality program for children ages newborn to toddler, are in a ratio of 1 adult to 4 infants.MORE
Mt. Top Kids’ Young Toddlers is a progressive program whereas each child’s strengths are stressed to promote good self esteem. The children, ages 13 months to 24 months, are in a ratio of 1 adult to 5 children.MORE
Mt. Top Kids Two's program is a progressive program whereas each child’s strengths are stressed to promote good self esteem. The children, ages 24 months to 36 months, are in a ratio of 1 adult to 6 children.MORE
